RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
DivineFashionzs will do every effort to provide customers with products that are free of defects.
Until the item is received by DivineFashionzs, DivineFashionzs does not acquire title to any returned things that the user has purchased. Any item bought from our website cannot be returned unless it is damaged upon delivery or contains manufacturing flaws. Within 48 hours after receipt, the defective and/or damaged goods must be reported to DivineFashionzs. Even if the goods have been delivered incorrectly, any communication received after 48 hours of delivery is ineligible for a return unless expressly covered by the product guarantee.
Refund
If a refund is possible, only DivineFashionzs has the authority to decide.
For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund within 5 -7 working days, or arrange an exchange for a different size if one is available.
